What is the Bauerfeind MalleoLoc Ankle Brace?

A brace that stabilises the ankle following severe ankle sprains, ligament ruptures and ankle surgery.

When can I use it?

Which size do I need?

Measure the width of the heel. If you are between sizes, please choose the larger size.

• Small/Medium: Less than 6cm (2¼”)
• Large/X-Large: More than 6cm (2¼”)

How does it work?

The MalleoLoc Ankle Brace has an anatomical shape that conforms to the outside edge of the foot, which prevents the ankle from twisting, even without a shoe, but allows a normal heel-to-toe stride. It features an anti-fatigue cushion that ensures great comfort and a plantar guide supports the arch, helping to stabilise the joint via the muscles. A Velcro strap system, in a figure-of-eight pattern makes the brace easy to put on and adjust, without restricting the natural motion of the foot.
