How do the occupational replacement insoles RX work?

With a cushioned forefoot pad for maximum comfort the RX occupational insoles feature lightweight polyurethane foam to provide arch and heel support, while the heel-strike pad provides extra shock absorption in the heel. These occupational insoles have a four-way stretch fabric with an antimicrobial layer, which helps to prevent blisters and control odour.
